Object Desktop Manager won't install Groupy

I decided to buy Groupy when I learned windows sets was deferred. I was extended an offer to buy the whole suite Object Desktop Manager, which I took.

Everything installed fine, except for Groupy. I am getting a problem code 103 error. I am installing on a garden variety windows 10 64 bit laptop. Any ideas?
