NO RECONOCE CLAVE DEL PRODUCTO

After reinstall my operating sysnten I can't activate fences3 with the product key provided:

Dear Basj,

Thanks for the reply, what it tells me is that the key that was provided to me with the activation is not linked to the email.

I've checked it and it's not like that, the email is the right one.

As I was not allowed to activate it initially. I installed it as the trial period, but it does not let me activate it, since it gives me the error that I mention.
