Does anybody know why stardock never responds to tickets. I have cursorfx and their screwy software says I have the maximum registrations
allowed. It does not give an option to reset so now I have a worthless piece of software.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to deactivate old activation so you may activate new ones. : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct

Note : From what I understand, Stardock use its forum for most of it products support.

Thank you for replying. However I did fill out their online form at least 10 times. If they do not use this method then why still have it online.
The program I was referring to was CURSORFX which I still have no way of resetting. I own most of Stardocks software
but after this I am going to have to think twice about buying anything from them. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I do not like it and I feel insulted.
I tried to view the video, it had no sound. I am a disable vet who does not see very well so I could not determine what the link was in the video. Being that I can't install CURSORFX I have no way to get help from it.
