Poor Customer Contact Options
I am an existing customer of Stardocs and have Fences. I just ordered Tiles over 1 hour ago using a credit card, and my card was charged. I received an email from "fraud" asking to verify my order with some information. I provided a response. It's been over 1 hour, my card was charged, and I have not received any further confirmation or otherwise on downloading the softer I purchased.
Trying to contact via the listed telephone numbers is impossible: there's no one answering and it's pretty clear the company does not want to be involved in direct communication with customers.
I would appreciate that if management reads these posts to consider how poorly this kind of arrangement reflects on a company.
In any case, if management reads this I'd like to know where my download link is.
