Fences and Icons disappear after latest Win 10 Update. It doesn't do it every time, but it does it frequently. The only way I have found to get them back is to reboot.
Not too sure. Need more explanation on the issue. Fences stop working and all desktop icon appear without fences or All fences and Icons stay hidden until reboot?
And Need more information on your system
1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe to get Windows full version numbers.
