Could use some help with retrieving my product key.

 

I have tried it with submitting my email but it won't work. See error message below.

We could not locate any keys associated with the email address you provided. Please try any other addresses you may have used; perhaps an email address you use for payments (PayPal).

Send a email to the customer service and recieved a email to try it on the forum so here i am.

Looked up my mailbox and didnt recieved a activationcode, only my payment from Paypal.

 

So i'm quite stuck at the moment.

Please do that ^^^^^

Be sure to include the email address you use for PayPal or the PayPal transaction ID.

Thank you for your help.

 

I used my other email adres to register.. Still confused why i did that.

Problem is solved.
