Fences DesktopDock64.dll (3.0.9.11) causing Explorer to crash

Latest build of Insider Preview Build 18362.19h1_release.190318-1202

If you roll a fence down, or double click it, Windows Explorer will hang and make the screen go white and automatically restart explorer.exe and fences. The only current solution is to "disable fences" and manually recreate a similar folder/icon structure manually with Windows Explorer folders.

explorer.exe seems to be hung in a call to DesktopDock64.dll at the time of the crash. Let me know if you want Explorer WER files

No, it has not been years since the OP is related to a specific Windows build released recently. And this is your first post in the Forum according to your profile. If you have similar issues, comment on the appropriate thread or if you cannot find any by searching, create a new one regarding the exact issue you have including Windows and Fences versions.
