I can't get ShadowFX to work with Windows 10. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. The only file that works is the configuration file. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Note: ShadowFX will not work with a WindowBlinds theme applied. If that is the case, that is the reason.
If not, on the Windows Insider Build (1903) and general release (1809), all seems fine:
