Trying to resolve this and I get this message now on the FORUM..

I am not a computer network wiz  so to me this is FRENCH -> 

  • Is each PC on the same subnet?
    • cmd.exe
    • ipconfig
  • Can you ping each PC from each PC?

The firewall is turned off on both computers...  windows domain firewall is turned off on both machines the network is set Private. the 2nd computer is showing up when its scanning finding the link info  ? IP address

 

 

I had a older version a few years ago of and never had problems with it connecting through my router or laptop.

Is the laptop / desktop connected via Ethernet or wireless?  If the latter, is it possible to disable wireless and connected via Ethernet?

Is this in your home network (one you manage) or a corporate office?

I have tried to reset your post counter - try logging out / back in to see if you can post again.
