Game won't launch

Hi! I’m currently experiencing a MiniDump crash on Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. It’s the first time I encountered this error. I played this game a few months back and it was perfectly fine. I updated my NVIDIA driver to the latest version recently, and since then, I’ve been flashed with this Saved MiniDump error. Also worth noting is that, when I tried validating the game files, it said that "1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired." I’m putting the google drive link for my Memory Dump File, for you guys to check on the problem. Hope you guys can help me with this.

Things I've tried to solve the problem: 

1.) Reinstall

2.) Validate game files

I would love to try out the mentioned solutions but I don't know what's causing my crash. Should I just try out all of them?
