Fences 3 activation

Dear all,

i have purchased the license for Fences 3.

When trying to activate the license i get an error message, like:

The connection to the server failed.

I also tried to register the product and get also an error:

-> The serial entered is not valid

Could you please help me in this case.

How can i register the product?
