Hello, we recently acquired the comrpa of one of its softwares and for some reason we have not received any confirmation email.

This operation was carried out before registering on the web and the purchase was linked to the email address ??

The purchase number is: 4327016

I have sent several mails to support but we do not get an answer

We need someone from one of their departments to solve this problem.
