Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Your account shows your logged into WC with

Object Desktop and that key.

CursorFx is not part of Object Desktop so you need your 

CursorFx key https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

use that key and report back here , please.

Also in reply #1 you have to use to email address you used 

when you bought CursorFx - did you ?

When I downloaded Object Desktop, CursorFX is in the package, and includes the serial in Object Desktop as well as my email from Stardock. Every serial I have for CursorFX are the same, and will not activate CursorFX, but all other Object Desktop programs are activated. I can send pictures, or even a video to show what happens every time.
