Start 10 Menu

Uninstalling and Reinstalling does not solve the problem...

I've used Start 10 for several years and now for some reason, it doesn't stay Activated. I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled (twice) but the Start 10 Menu doesn't Activate even after I included my Product Purchase Code. With each Reboot, the Windows 10 Icons are still there.

Hello,

Thanks for your help; and even though I very carefully followed the Instructions to a T starting with the .BAT Uninstall and ending with a SHUT DOWN and powering up, the system still Restarted with the Windows 10 Icons. I have only used those for a couple days as I switched to Start10 as soon as I learned of this product.

I have spent far too much time in the past several days trying to recover the Start10 Menu and I'm exhausted and resolved to simply use these Icons.
