Fraud sales

I purchased Object Desktop and got an email saying to reply to it from Fraud Sales, which I did. My credit card shows the charge on it.

I recently purchased Object Dock with no issue. Please fix this...

I went to go buy the Windows Binds on my debit card ending with 3130.  This card belongs to me.  I work hard for the most part and the money on this card does not come free... when my employer pays me, it is deposited on this Global Cash Card.
I ordered  CurserFX plus with this debit card a few weeks ago, and I had no problems with that.  Now , I see that you guys already charged me for the Window Blinds and would appreciate it if I can get my software as soon as possible
