Activation problem

Hello

I've bought Fences 3 this year but I couldn't activate the licence. So I've downloaded the .req file but I can't activate it now.

I've this error message : LocalTime specified is invalid. Your local system time may be misconfigured. (1014)

Can you give me a solution to transform that .req in a .resp file and activate my licence of fences ?

Thank you

Regards

Dorian

Hello,

I have tried to activate my .req file from 2 PC with different internet connection, and 3 different web browsers and I've the same error message : LocalTime specified is invalid. Your local system time may be misconfigured.

I wanted to install Fences 3 on my professionnal computer which wasn't able to connect to the activation server. When I bought the licence, I haven't received by email the key product.

Is it possible that my .req file is corrupted ? Because I have the same error message on different computers.

I have a working version of Fences on one of my professionnal computer thank's to the offline activation, but I'm going to change my computer. Should I deactivate it before trying to install on an other ?

Thank you

Dorian

Hello

Thank you for your answer.

So I should be able to activate it on my second PC but the .req file seems to doesn't work on the site : https://activate.stardock.com

When I try to upload it for activating the licence, I have the message error : LocalTime specified is invalid. Your local system time may be misconfigured. (1014)

What's the reason of that error message ? How can I activate my .req file ?

Thank you

Dorian

You do not have a purchase under mi****.******[email protected].  You would need to use the email address that purchased the software if it has been activated with it in the past.  If you don't know what that email is, we need an order number.

I gather that your system time is correct, yes?  Also, it is vital that any req file be from the PC in question and recently created (not reused from a prior PC or the same PC from long ago.
