Installed trial, doesn't work.

Thought I'd give the software a try, but it doesn't work. The program is running in task manager, and even when restarting, can't get any apps to merge.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I'm using Windows 10 v1809

I installed Groupy yesterday (purchased as part of Object Desktop), and it seemed to work fine. Today it has not worked at all, even though the toggle is on, it's not possible to drag and drop into new tabs.

Whoops, forgot to report back. After a couple reboots, Groupy did begin to work.

Unrelated question. I noticed the license says updates for 1 year. What happens once that year is up? Do I need to repurchase the item?

Hello,

If you own Groupy as part of Object Desktop then that is a yearly renewal .

If you just own Groupy as a stand alone then you own that version for life

just save all your installation files to be able to reuse.

When Groupy comes out with a newer version you would have to buy that

but would be at a discounted price.

Check your downloads for what you own https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

So, after some computer troubleshooting, had to reinstall Groupy, and yet again, doesn't work. Tried purging as the previous post. Restarted, purged, reinstalled, restarted, logged out, restarted, nothing. Is there something I'm missing with this program? A missing registry, corrupt Windows file, or something else that prevents this from working? Shouldn't be this difficult getting this to work properly.
