Can't grab bottom of fence to resize - fence extends past display window

My fences extend below the display window and I cannot grab the bottom of the fence to resize. Is there an option somewhere to resize without having to grab the edges?!

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Try reset your Fences using a snapshot from your fences app .
