synchronization problems and markup

Hello dear developers! I have been using Stardock Fences 3 for more than a year and cannot live without this program :) But it’s very inconvenient that there is no synchronization of snapshots and settings with the cloud. Every time I reinstall Windows, I have to manually perform the icon layout. Even previously saved snapshots are restored with errors. My equipment: Windows 10 x64 1809 / nvidia GTX 750 / Intel Core i5-3470 / 16GB DDR3 1333 / SSD Samsung 850pro / aoc 2769m (1920x1080) connected to HDMI + aoc 2769m (1920x1080) connected to DVI + Samsung SinkMaster 2203 (900x1600) сonnected to VGA. There are 190 icons and 20 fences on my desktops, and they occasionally cluster together. Please solve these problems. Thank!

When you reinstalled Windows, if the 190 icons location on you hdd changes, obviously the snapshot layout will not be able to work. But if the location of those links at the same location it should work. That is something beyond Fences control since Fences can never know where will you put your files after you reinstall Windows. Fences is not a backup program its just a linker apps to help user to organize desktop icons into fences.

And for that I don't think fences can solve that problem.

As for Fences cluster together. Try the "Store my Fences' position on a per-screen-resolution basis" setting.
