Broken Registration

I logged into my account after resetting the password, purchased Object Desktop and got the receipt (4313640) and downloaded the Object Desktop installer. However nothing shows up as installable after logging into that. This purchase does not show up in my order history for some reason.

So I have a receipt and and product key, but cannot use it. How do I make this work?

I'm sorry, but that is not helpful. As I said, this order is not showing up in my order history for some reason. I have the receipt number, and I have a product key, which was printed after ordering. Hitting this subscriptions link emails me a link that says Object Desktop, but that link leads to this error:

Your Object Desktop membership has expired. To continue to have access to software downloads and updates please click here to renew your Object Desktop membership.

For additional information please contact [email protected].```

 

I believe the problem is that the order (4313640) did not link to my account as I do not see it in the order history. Can you check on that?
