how do i make a winstyles theme if i have a set of icons, wallpaper,sounds and i want to use a premade window blinds

Make your icons an IconPackager theme, then open WinStyles, click on Create Theme, then click on the XPTheme button. Then just select the files you want to add in your theme by clicking on the + sign next to IconPackager, Wallpper and Windowblinds. If it's not list, click on Browse.

Not much you can do about the sounds, other than actually including them within the Windowblinds skins in SkinStudio.
