When I configure full transparency the background of my fences are blurred and don't go 100% transparent. Is there a way to fix this? I would really prefer for them to be 100% transparent.

For the blur part please make sure to un-select that "Translucent Fence Backgrounds" option as shown on Mike screen shot.
