Does Stardock or anyone else offer 3rd party software that allows you to use videos as the start screen or lock screen backgrounds?
Is there a regisrty hack or work around to do this possibly using a GIF file instead?

Stardock doesn't offer any software for Windows 10
for the Start or Lock screens as far as 3rd party I don't
know of any you could try internet search .
Stardock offers Deskscapes https://www.stardock.com/products/deskscapes/
for your desktop as a desktop animation.

Thank you for your response. Yeah, I was specifically looking for start screen or lock screen tweaks/ 3rd party software to be able to personalize those screens.
