Thanks Feline for your Object Bar help

Just wanted to thank you for your help and advise on Object Bar.

I found what I was looking for in the ob theme file controling the pop up sit on desktop drag situation.

I removed one piece of code and now I can have a bar just sit on the desktop and can only be moved if you hold doen the Ctrl key when the mouse is over a specific area.

I'll post the code here, when I get back on my own computer (my computer does not have internet access)

Now I am truely on my way to making the ultimate OB theme!!!

i wouldn't know half of what i do today about Object Desktop without the kind help of other knowledgeable people. it is only fair that i do my part to keep this tradition of friendship and helpfulness alive

it will be interesting to compare your vision of the ultimate OB theme to my vision of the ultimate OB theme

as for you JavaBean, /me is strongly tempted to email you the source code for my DX / OB plugin along with annotations on the gaps in the documentation on the DX programming API ...
