Impossible to activate Fences 3 after Windows reinstatement

Fences is not associate to this account

Hello, I've bought on Thursday, October 4, 2018 a licence for Fences 3, but this licence doesn't work with my fresh installation of Windows 10.

I don't know why, this order appears to my history but, nada, the software tells that licence is not associate with my account, and my licence number doesn't work with my email address....

Can you please reactivate my licence on my account ?

PS: I've buyed with paypal but my email address is the same.

I have a new Win 10 PC and am receiving the following error.  I've been a Fences user for years and now receiving this error.  I have other friends and associates using Fences on their Win 10 machines so feel it is a setting somewhere that I've not found.  Please help, love my FENCES

fences 3.09 Windows 10 64 bit error Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled.   To re- enable Fences, right click your desktop and choose 'Enable Fences'."

Almost without exception, this is only seen in corp environment with aggressive AV software / policies - WebSense, now ForcePoint is almost always the culprit.  Is that used in your environment?
