Start10 Activation - E-mail address is not valid for the product key.
Have tried the e-mail addresses it could have been.

I've been using Start10 for 6 months now but have had to install a new hard drive and am unable to activate Start10 due to E-mail address is not valid for the product key.
I've tried all the e-mail addresses it could have been.
I've raised a ticket (FCM-657-441842) days ago but have not had a response as yet. Could someone please take a look at this ticket please. I am hoping that you can tell me what the e-mail address I initially used is.
