Folder portal does not save properties

The portal created to C:\Users\<user>\Downloads with "view" property set to details (https://i.imgur.com/Nr1DsZ6.png) automaticly change to "medium icons" (https: // i. imgur.com/vtUHHDY.png).

Lock fences does not help.

1) Windows 10 versions. (Use Winver.exe)

2) Fences versions.

Please note that Fences 2 isn't supported on Windows 10. Suggest you to upgrade to Fences 3. There is special discount for Fences 2 users : https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download
