Hello, 4 days without anything heard from anyone. This is frivolity.
Fraudulent activity suspission another unpleasant thing and no one communicate with me.
i dont wanna continue to buy anything from Stardock under any circumstances anymore and i want to cancel my order. if anything charged to my CC, i'll chargeback it.
You guys are complete disappointment.

Unlike many companies, we do a lot to make sure our clients are not victims of fraud. Your order was put in a queue, not to punish you, but to protect you in case it was fraud.
I can't talk about what logic / reasons that go into what puts an order into the review queue (then frauders would know how to get around our protections) but its automatic - a real person did not just throw you in the queue just because. Just please know its not punitive, it's a preventative measure to protect clients from unauthorized purchases.
That said, I have processed your order (did not cancel it) and you should have the receipt / usage instructions now. If my explanation is not satisfactory to you, please let me know and I will refund it.
I am also sorry for the delay in reviewing the order, we are doing a lot of catching up after our holiday break and the recent weekend.
