Using Alt + Tab To Switch Between Applications

It can get very crowded once you have multiple tabs open with multiple applications open

This questions pertains to the pop-up that appears (showing all open applications) when you press alt + tab together when switching between all open applications.

Is there a way to only show one window for a given application that has all the tabs in it when using alt+tab to switch between applications?

For example, if I have 3 chrome browsers open (which are all in the same group btw), and I want to switch to another application when pressing alt + tab, I can see all three chrome windows individually. This can get very crowded once you have many applications open, each with their own grouping of tabs.

Instead, I want to only see one window per application (that has all the grouping of tabs) while using alt + tab since they are all in the same group. So one pop-up per grouping when pressing alt + tab.

Is this possible?

Hello,

If I understand your question, that when you alt + tab, you would like to see a Groupy group as 1 item (and not the many apps that may be part of any group), no, that is not possible.

While not exactly what you want, you can use Win key + tilde to switch between apps in any group.
