KVM to Primary from Secondary

At the moment, the Desktop is the primary, as I use seamless mode on it to control the Laptop.

However, if for example I'm in my living room, or not at home, I would like to be able to use the secondary to KVM the primary.

I've tried; so far this yields the message:

Unable to connect to PCNAME

The computer is either being blocked by a firewall, offline, configured as a primary, or has KVM mode disabled

I've made sure KVM mode is enabled, and that if I do configure it as a secondary, KVM works, so firewall is not an issue either.
