Fences updated to 3, and now my key does not work

Hello,

Fences updated on my PC, and my key no longer works. What do I do from here, or how do I go back to Fences 2 so I stop getting these license popups?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you installed Fences 3, Fences 2 keys will not work on it. You will need to use Fences 3 key which should be available in your account if you purchased the upgrade option.

If you wish to go back to Fences 2 you should purge the fences 3 using these steps https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

and reinstalled Fences 2 download from our account. Make sure reboot after the installation.
