Failed registration

I purchased your software, and the registration does not work. Your product key and my email address are not linked. Can you look into my account and see what the problem is.

I've been using Fences V2.13 on Windows 8.1 and SSD-HD for a long time.
Unfortunately, only the desktop with V2.13 after about 20 seconds with the icons displayed.


That's why I bought a Fences 3 upgrade with the product key and upgraded ontop. The product key of V3.09 was also accepted.


The Fences V3.09 did not reduce my Windows startup (after about 20 seconds the desktop icons will be displayed)
Without Fences the desktop icons will be displayed immediately.
I then uninstalled Fences, rebooted Windows, and installed Fences 3.09 with the V3.x product key. This product key was not recognized!!!
After the deinstall of 3.09 and Install V2.13 with Key V2.13 running Fences 2.x, then install ontop V3.09.

I can not use my new Fences 3 Upgrade Key anymore !!!
Message: The e-mail address is not valid for the product key!

Then I ran "Purge_Fences.bat" and deleted all folders related to fences.  Laptop rebooted.
Fences 3.09 new reinstalled and entered the "Upgrade Key" with the result: The e-mail address is not valid for the product key!
Question: Do I have to install Fences 2.13 first and enable it with Fances V2.x? And then install ontop Fences 3.09 and use the upgrade key?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

It sounds like there might be to different emails being used in your case between Registrations

if that's the case Try This Fix .

1 - Merge accounts / emails  https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

2 - Purge again https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

REBOOT

3 - Re-install from your Stardock account latest version https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

REBOOT again .

That should get you right again.

If that doesn't work let us know and we can get someone from support 

to look into the matter for you on Monday .

Hello
I have followed the steps 1-3 but unfortunately without success.
I immediately installed the Fences3-sd-setup.exe (not Fences_3.09_setup_sd.exe) without first installing the Fences V 2.x and unlocking them with the Ver.2.x key. Is it correct that way???
Or do I have to install Fences2 first and then ontop Fences3
