Running dual monitors, the desktop configuration for monitor 1 has all my fences arranged with other icons on the desktop. Latley when I login to my desktop, some of the icons are on monitor 2 and some are below the screen on monitor 2, I can't see them. When I drag the icons over from monitor 2 to monitor 1 the icons I can't see pop up then go back below the screen after I dragged the icon to Monitor 1.
