reinstall Fences 3

how to upgrade to Fences 3 with prodcut key

from Stardock Forums

Hi

I bought Fences 2, and bought "Fences 3 Upgrade"later.

Now I want to install Fences 3 in my new computer.

But when I type my email to "Lookup Product Keys", I just got Fences 2 product Key.

I try to install Fences 3 directly and type Fences 3 Upgrade product key, it can not work.

And I install Fences 2. it is OK. But when I install 3, it show Fences 3 Upgrade product key can't match email.

May I ask how could I installl Fences 3?

Hello,

Did you use different email address when purchasing the Fences 3 upgrade? If so please use that email address. Some user paid using paypal, need to use their paypal email address.

Hi

At my "Order History" page, I can find Fences 2 and Fences 3 upgrade at the same time. And I dont have paypal account.

And I check "Download Product Key Status (.csv)" it is the same email address with Fences 2.
