Start 10 reverts to Windows start and corrupts screen and typing

Periodically, sometimes many times per day, Start 10 reverts to Windows start and corrupts the screen mouse behaviour and typing.

The only fix seems to be to kill the start 10 programs in Task Manager and let them restart.

I have tried a few times of doing a total uninstall of Start10 and reinstall, but the problem persists.

This is a real pain - do you have a fix for this?

Have you try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. And install that version. Make sure to reboot after the installation. And test it. Report back.
