Other Worlds... The Matrix Vs. X-Men

With all this DNA munipulation by the machines and the many battles between humans and machine (possibly 8 'the One's saved and destroied millions of lifes just to start over again) is it possible that all this flying through the Matrix and dodging bullets gets transfered to the mind of the person and ends up having the ability in the real world?

Is it also possible that the human genail code gets excellerated by the conflict and produces gene X?

The new battle wages on with Magneto and Xavier trying battle or live in peace with the machines...

How would the Hulk handle this situation?

well I knew gene but how is it spelled in plural?

I think this is like the ULTIMATE debate for the Matrix. How would the machines handle the new mutation of mankind?

It like the idea of Terminator. You would think after tampering with the past so much they would have only killed any real chance of winning (the machines) in the future.

In the Matrix you have the machines living off of the humans and doing all sorts of experiments and it is possible that there could be an excelleration in the devolopment of people-kind.

In a sense, what they are doing inside the Matrix will be possible outside of it.
