Problems with Windos10

Hi,
 
I have purchased the product on 9.8.2018 with invoice 4249919.
 
Unfortunately the software is not working at all under windows 10.
Cannot move folders, cannot resize, cannot create new one.
I uninstalled and then I tried to re-install as administrator. No result as well.
 
Note: Software it's working perfectly under Windows 7.
 
Please advise how to proceed.

What version of Windows10 /batch. ....... in run type in ( winver )

What Stardock Software does not work and what versions.

Nothing is working in Windows 10.
