Purchased Object Desktop- nothing to downlaod

I just purchased Object desktop at the same time I was changing my email address. I installed OD with my new email, however when I installed Fences it required my Old email - also OD is not showing any software to download?

Can you please associate all items / licences with my new email address

You need to Merge your old email with the new one
