Email address is not valid for the product key [solved]

Activated Fences then uninstalled for several months. Reinstalled and tried to activate using previous credentials under "Unlock previous purchase"; Message Email address is not valid for the product key. Any solutions? Purchase shows in purchase history, but will not activate with using account.
