WindowBlinds 10 not installed and SpaceMonger 3 not shown under installed software launchers

Object Desktop Manager not showing SpaceMonger 3 and WindowBlinds 10 after installation.

  1. SpaceMonger 3 is installed but not shown in Object Desktop Manager installed software launchers.
  2. WindowBlinds 10 is unable to be installed. Tried the Purge_WB.zip, but the software is not even installed in the first place to be purged.

 

Please assist. I have teamviewer if technical support can see my pc remotely.

It has 2 entries for SpaceMonger and WindowBlinds 10. So I should deactivate one of them to try?

I have tested it on my dell computer, and windowblinds is installed successfully. But not on this asus laptop. I wonder why. Need technical help.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

1) No need to deactivate those WB since you are allowed to install upto 5 system for personal use.

2) Need more information on WB problem.

i) Let us know what is the Windows 10 version installed in the Asus laptop (use Winver.exe)

ii) When you said it fail to install, what is the error that show up when it failed.
