trying to install multiplicity for the 1st time and cannot get the control screen to change to primary. when asked do I want to change to primary I respond with yes but it never changes to allow me to continue the installation. help?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Under the email address you use for the forums, I dont see that you own MP or have activated the trial - did you do it under a different email (you can PM the email address to me)?

Yes, I know what you have for your forum profile (please dont post email addresses in the forums - PM them).
However, that account does not have Multiplicity under it (not purchased) nor do I see a trial activated under it.
PM (private message - click on my username to the left) me under what email address you do have it purchased under or what you activated a trial under.

I never got to the point of singing for the trial period, according to the install instructions it ask after setting up your primary.
If you have the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Multiplicity
And if there is anything in it, delete the contents and try again.

got it working by disabling super shield on pcmatic. thanks for the help.
