setting up primary computer config.

trying to install multiplicity for the 1st time and cannot get the control screen to change to primary. when asked do I want to change to primary I respond with yes but it never changes to allow me to continue the installation. help?

Yes, I know what you have for your forum profile (please dont post email addresses in the forums - PM them).

However, that account does not have Multiplicity under it (not purchased) nor do I see a trial activated under it.

PM (private message - click on my username to the left) me under what email address you do have it purchased under or what you activated a trial under.

I never got to the point of singing for the trial period, according to the install instructions it ask after setting up your primary.

If you have the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Multiplicity

And if there is anything in it, delete the contents and try again.
