Doesn't show in tray and can't move cursor to secondary

Have been using Multiplicity KVM for years now.

Recently I noticed that the tray icon sometimes disappeared, and the primary PC couldn't connect to the secondary.

The only way to resolve that would be to kill the service and restart Multiplicity.

Last couple of weeks, the icon failed to show in the tray, and although the settings of the secondary say: "Multiplicity was able to successfully connect to this computer", I am not able to move the mouse cursor past the primary PC screen... Obviously, I can't control the secondary.

Both computers run the latest build of Windows 10.

As a last resort, I uninstalled Multiplicity KVM on both computers and reinstalled the software.

The secondary PC shows the icon in the tray.

The primary PC doesn't show the icon in the tray. Killing the service and restarting multiplicity starts the service and shows that the computer is connected to the secondary, but in fact, it does not cross the boundaries of this PC and cannot control the secondary.

Tried every possible solution found in your forum -- nothing helps.

I should mention that both PCs are connected to the same ethernet switch and the networks are set to Private. I also disabled Windows Defender Firewall.

Please, can you help resolve the issue?
