Can't create a folder portal on windows 10 (fences 3.0.9.11

Hey,

I really need your help. I have tried everything, followed all the instructionsm, wathced tutorials, re-installed the program, even purchased the software- and the problem is still here.

I can't open a folder portal- the rectangle is empty and black (and the navigation is enabled).

the language is Hebrew, but all of my friends had no problems installing the Fences software.

 

The same problem happend on my previous computer, I just bought a new computer and the problem is the same- even though I installed a new exe file.

please help me!

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download latest Fences installer from your account. After the purge, reboot. Reinstall and reboot again.

Retest and report back here.
