not working when playing game

There is this game called "Cypers" in Korea.

Whenever I'm playing this game, Multiplicity's hot key become laggy and soon I couldn't move my mouse cursor at all.

So I shut Multiplicity off by force.

Is there a way to fix this kind issue?
