Unable to find any secondary Multiplicity computers (3)

New topic again because I can't reply the other ones...

Well, I need to know if I'll get some support or not, I can't wait forever. I'm really thinking about give up and refund the software.

All firewall are disabled in both computer, they are in the same private network, and still the primary cant' find the secondary. Multiplicity just works if I purge the software from both computers, install again and reboot. But after a new reboot, they can't find each other anymore.

If there's no solution for this, just said and I'll refund the software. If I'll get no support, just said and I'll refund too.

Waiting for an answer.

NEW: I use a router and a TP-Link TL-WPA220KIT Powerline. I found out when I'm connected to the router Multiplicity works normally, even if I reboot the computer. When I'm connected to the Poweline, it doesn't work anymore. But both, the router and the powerline, have private networks. I can't use the router, because it's to far away from where I am.

End of quote

Then that is the problem, that the PowerLine is creating an additional network.  You want to put the powerline network into a bridge mode, you do not want any routing functionality on it - only what the router provides.
