CursorFX PRO not working

I just purchased cursorFx pro on 25th-anniversary sale with 50% off. after successful payment, it promoted with a download link and beside that product code. i thought everything fine. but after installing I noticed that it's not applying any effect at all(not even it didn't change cursor also). when I tested free version it working perfectly fine.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as follow https://forums.stardock.com/485856/cursorfx-support-faq#reinstalling . Please download the latest version again from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

and install that version. Please reboot before and after the installation.

Retest and report back.
