Fences

I made the purchase on 10/11.  Invoice number AKD-73666247843.

I installed it on my laptop and desktop.  My desktop crashed on Saturday and finally got it up and installed Fences but my programs which I had before were gone.  Finally got my backup program to recognize the new install of it and was able to get a prior backup installed. Then I needed to reinstall Fences since it was not on my prior backup.;  Found the backup did not work so I started over and reloaded Windows10 and redid the backup.  Now again I need to install Fences but this install would not recognize my email address.

I have only used the program on two machines which I can install it on 3.  

My problem is that due to my computer problem, I tried to installed it once that failed and now the 3rd time which is the current problem.   Need to be able to reinstall it on my Desktop and still have a chance for one more install.

Need to have you reset the counter for how many installes I have back to one.  Then I can install it on my desktop and still have that 3rd install open.

Please advise when I can reinstall the program and the counter has been reset.
