Object Desktop Manager

Why is my Object Desktop subscription suddenly invalid?  OD Manager and account show no subscriptions. Are we on a monthly/annual subscription renewal? If so, why doesn't my account page show such?

It is yearly not monthly subscription.

Your Object Desktop subscription expired last month. It is a yearly renewal. You should have received an email, but otherwise you can renew at a discount here.
