Fence rollup appears to do nothing

So I just recently bought Fences, largely based on the promo video showing all of the features on the main website.  I bought it and started creating my own fences, but when I double click on a fence to have it roll up to hide the contents, everything still shows just like it was.  If I move the fence, all of the icons move within it, so I know the icons are part of the fence, but I just cannot figure out how to get the fence to roll up and hide the contents, as that is one of the primary uses I bought this for.  I'm running Windows 10, FYI.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Can you check a couple things and report back here.

With right-click on desktop do fences show Locked if so unlock them.

On task manager are both fences enabled ?

Just as a quick update, I thought that maybe it would be a good idea to restart my system since I have just installed Fences, and after restarting, the rollup feature started working as intended, so apparently that resolved my issue.  No need for any further help.  Most applications work as soon as they are installed, so I just assumed this would be true for StarDock apps, but it looks like a reboot was needed. Easy enough to resolve. Thanks!
