Feces 2.0 on win10

I have some issue with Fenes 2.0 on win 10

I not able to click "x" to delate fences area and I cannot move or enlarge them.

I am on Fences 3 but. Have you try to unlock your fences? Right click anywhere on desktop will bring up below menu.

Do you think that I can use Activ. key of Fences 2.0 to install Fences 3.0 as well?

No, you need to upgrade from Fences 2 to Fences 3. But you can get it at a discount. Follow this link : https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download

At the bottom of that page there is a link for the discount.
